Details:

Log in to Plesk through the Control panel
Click the "Home" button
Click "Add New Domain"
Enter the domain name
Optionally, select a template (You may later go back and adjust limits and 
preferences).
Think up an FTP username and password (Username must be lowercase.) 
Passwords have certain restrictions - you may need to try a few different ones.


If the site needs CGI, PHP or other features, you may select them here.
