Details:
1. Click New Server
2. Enter "ftp.yourdomain.com" as the Name and FTP Server
3. Enter the following:
User ID: user
Password: password
4. Click Save
5. To connect, double click the "ftp.yourdomain.com" link from the Server List
screen on the right.
6. Find the file(s) on your local computer on the left, click once to select the file(s),
and then click the right arrow to send the file to the remote FTP site.
