Upload Media to the Server
If you want to use your own player, before you can add video or audio to your site, it 
must be uploaded to the server.
This is done in the Media Module.  You may also use this module to upload 
pictures.

Upon entering the Media Module, scroll down until you see the upload 
dialogs
If there is not an appropriate folder, it is a very good idea to create one, or your 
files will quickly become difficult to find.
Select the folder you wish to upload the file(s)* into
Click a Browse button
Find and Select the file(s) from your computer*
Click Upload File(s)

*Note that you can upload several files at once, but it is not a 
good idea to upload many large files simultaneously. Several smaller files should 
be ok, though.
