Details:
The Page administration can be accessed via the Site Editor backend.
The page administration panel is divided into the following main sections:
Modify / Delete Pages
Add Page
Modify Intro Page (only if activated in Settings -> Intro Page)
Permissions
The functions available in the page administration depends on the permissions of
the current user. If the Page Title of a page is displayed black, you do not have the
permissions to modify this page. It the Page Title is displayed blue, you can
modify the have the page.
Sub Pages
A green plus indicates that the current pages contains further sub pages. By
clicking on the plus icon, the tree expands and the sub pages are displayed. The
plus will than change into a green minus icon. Use this icons to expand/collapse
sub pages.
Page- and Menu title
Each page has a Page and a Menu title. The page title is displayed in the title bar
of the browser. The choosen menu title is displayed in the navigation menu and
defines the file name of the page.
Page visibility
The magnifier icon indicates that the page is visible for anybody in the frontend of
your webpage. Site Editor knows 5 visibility settings for a given page.
Public: the page always appears in the navigation menu – if appropriate - and all
visitors are allowed to view it.
Private: only specific groups are allowed to view this page. The page is included in
the navigation menu only after a user from an allowed group has logged in.
Anyone trying to access the page directly – by typing the page's url in their
browser – will be redirected to a login page.
Registered: same as 'Private', with the exception that the page always appears in
the navigation menu – if appropriate.
Hidden: same as 'Public', with the exception that the page never appears in the
navigation menu. The page can still be accessed by users typing the page's url
directly in their browser. Useful for pages which you wish to keep outside the
navigation hierarchy – such as 'Terms & Conditions', copyright notices, etc.
None: page never appears in the navigation menu, and is not accessible, even if a
user directly types the page's url in their browser. The page will be accessible only
via the site Admin. Useful while authoring pages, and before a page is ready to
go 'live' on the frontend. .

Depending on your permissions, the following actions are availabe from the page
administration panel.

Deltes the page.

Move page up/down (changes the page position in the navigation menu)

Site Editor ships with six page type modules highlighted below.
Code: allows to enter and execute PHP code
Form: enables you to setup custom forms fo gather information from your visitors
Menu Link: allows to add hyberlinks to external pages which appear in the
navigation menu
News: kind of blog which allows to post articles for others to read
Wrapper: allows to embed an external page or site into your site´s page
WYSIWYG: graphical editor for adding text, images, hyberlinks...
The Page Type needs to be choosen when adding a new page. Depending of the
choosen Type, different settings and features are available.
