Web hosting is the rental of web server storage space for your website files. We include 10 GB of storage space for your site, which is more than enough for any HOA website to store thousands of pages, files, pictures, etc. Our web hosting service averages 99.98% uptime. |

Number of Pages -
You are free to create as many new pages as you like at any time; there are no limits to the number of pages you can add to your site. |

Example Pages -
There are twenty (20) example pages included with your site. These example pages are types of pages that are commonly used in HOA websites (e.g. About Us, Documents, Photos, Contact Us, etc.), and they can be used as a starting point for your site. You can easily enter your own text, photos, and documents into the example pages. If there are example pages that you don't want, you can simply delete them. |

Document Uploads -
Upload unlimited number of documents (e.g. bylaws, deed restrictions, CC&Rs, etc.) in all common file types (e.g. PDF, Word, Excel, etc.). Document pages can be set to only be visible to board members and/or residents if privacy is needed. |

Photo Uploads -
Upload unlimited number of digital photos in standard file types (JPEG and PNG). Photos are presented in regular photo gallery format. Offers multiple image upload to quickly and easily create galleries. |

Contact Lists -
Maintain searchable contact lists of residents, vendors, or community leaders. Allow board members and residents to view contact list(s) after logging into the site. Users can log into their account to update their own contact information at any time. |

Sessions (e.g. morning or afternoon) can also be added for each event. Registered users can then sign up for the event and any sessions that are associated with that event. Administrators can view, add, edit, and delete attendee registrations. |

Post PayPal® Buy Now buttons to accept credit card payments and online check payments (for membership dues, assessments, etc.). Does not require your members to have a PayPal account to send payment. |

Create unlimited number of forms for collecting information. Can be used to create maintenance request forms, architectural review committee (ARC) request forms, complaint forms, or anything else you can think of. Form comments are stored in Admin Area and sent by e-mail to address of your choice. |
