In addition to the features offered with the standard plan, this plan includes the optional ability to use a secure sockets layer (SSL) connection. This allows for a private Web connection between the commerce site and the customer. The implementation of SSL used by InfoServe Media is based on cryptographic software from Geotrust, Inc.®, a leader in online security solutions. The optional Geotrust SSL® certificate is $99.95 per year.
